After looking at the industry for many months and recognizing the lack of professionalism or services Black Rhino Property Services was formed to address these issues.
Black Rhino realized the thousands of dollars home owners were spending on constructing their outdoor environments. However, there seemed to be a lack of skilled maintenance companies willing to put forth the attention and detail needed to up keep that environment or protect the investment put out by the home owner.
In 2008, Black Rhino realized other concerns of homeowners. Many homeowners were having 3 or 4 different companies servicing their outdoor living environment. These included landcape, pool & lighting maintenance. So, in 2008 Black Rhino starting offering pool and lighting maintenance along with their landscape maintenance. It made perfect sense since the landscaper is usually the one who messes up the pool or the lighting. Also, for the homeowner this means one vendor handling all of their outdoor maintenance needs. This simplifies scheduling, billing and communication.
